RENCO Natural PGE Extract from Lamb, Calf or Kid-goat is an enzyme extract derived from high quality raw materials. The extraction process produces a truly soluble product, as distinct from the traditional ground tissue material. It has application in cheese manufacture or any other process where the modification of fats to produce a characteristic piquant flavour is desired. The flavour profile is unique to each species
The raw materials for RENCO Natural PGE Extract are sourced solely from licensed establishments in New Zealand or Australia where the animal population retains a favoured disease free status. The resulting extract has the very high microbiological quality characteristics required by food manufacturers.
For each of the different species sources RENCO Natural PGE Extract is available in both liquid and powder formats. Both products are readily dispersible. The liquid format offers additional handling convenience and is suitable for pumping or metering into application processes. The standard strength of RENCO Natural PGE Extract is 80 LFU (Lipase Forestomach Units) per gram or millilitre but customised strengths can be negotiated. A range of pack sizes are available.
